Bootcamps are training sessions where moms can push themselves and work out with their baby.

The baby will act as a weight that increases the level of difficulty of the exercises: as the training progresses, your baby will put on more weight (hence the load increases), and you’ll keep fit!

Bootcamps target the lower and upper limbs of the body as well as abs through various training stations. They also include cardio-vascular exercises suited to the needs of new moms.
